Good luck Blind in your future endeavors. Took me awhile but I found a decent local flatbed job that I will post about here in my own thread. TMC isn't for everybody and I have personally known people who have gotten screwed over for what ever reasons. Also some here in these threads.

Blind Dog was a good guy and I went to TMC training with him. I quit about a week away from being released because my trainer was a whack job and he wasn't going to make a dime off of me running teams. They offered me another trainer but by then I was I done with TMC and I guess it worked out for the best seeing how they treated him. But it's all good and I found a day run gig that works better for me. I am sure it took a lot for Blind to say the heck with it and I am sure they were the ones who were wrong and not him. They tell you something and they don't deliver then who is the one full of it. TMC runs people in and out of their school because of the high turnover they have. So I say the problem is with TMC and not Blind Dog.

Hey-
Would you no if it's ok to bring pets. One recruiter told me it was against policy but drivers do it. Another told me it was flat out not allowed.
Thanks!

i have yet to see a tmc driver with any kind of animal in the truck. animals in a truck just bring it down & if u quit, fired, or move to anther truck & that animal scent is in there, nobody will want to smell an animal who's been in there; that's just for starters.

That's helpful! Thanks for taking the time.

No no animals aloud. On another note not only myself but other tmc drivers told blind what he had to do to get where he needed to go in time and be able to get home on weekends. A lot of problems drivers have with tmc derives from their fleet managers and when I told him to demand a new one he apparently didn't listen. After reading some of his old posts I'm not surprised he didn't make it or do what needed done. His heart was never in it and he's a hot head. I'm not saying bend over and take it I'm saying keep you're mouth shut unless its neccesary to open it. I wish him the best of luck but 9 times out of 10 a ex drill seargent is better at management than having to take orders.
