Logging off duty when in sleeper. Yes or no?

    Seems to me it is a catch 22. If you log a change of duty status and not show 8 hrs continuous sleeper birth you ARE in violation.

    Seems you need a refund on that education.

    Eight hours continuous sleeper berth is required for split-sleeper, that is all.
