you don't need a log book within the 100 air mile radius. but alot of companies require a log book just for the office weenies. they love the paper work, I guess.

i guess they could. but i don't see why they would. and if they did. how they would be produced.
the regs state 8 days logs must be kept. is there something that says 8 days timecards must also be on hand???? cuz i've never heard of any company using carbon copy time cards. -

i beleive time cards have to be kept for 60 days just lke logs. but we're talking on persons posession in case asked by the scale. i don't think your required to keep any time cards. and there's really nothing the scale can say. unless he knows for certain your long haul and not a day driver.
