What in the eyes of the DOT is the difference between Off Duty and Sleeper Berth. Not working or driving either way.

Mmm, SB is only useful for split breaks. Off-duty for everything unless you need to use a split-break. IMO.

So now it's off duty sleeper berth questions. The other day it was drug testing questions. Interesting, very interesting.

If I'm off-duty and in the truck I mark sleeper-berth (obviously not a day cab), otherwise, it's off-duty. It isn't that hard.
