Try MHC they have a 5k down program with 4K buyout, plus even comes with 1 year warranty on engine (turbo included) and EGR systems. Just make sure that you throughly inspect truck with fine tooth comb , anything defective they will fix or replace. Am not a sales person nor do I get compensated by them , just sharing what worked for me. Also,

The title of this Thread makes it about Lone Mountain instead of the struggle with owning a truck. Sadly this is all much to do over nothing as the OP is not even the owner in the video, just a guy who shared something he came across. The owner in the video is the one to bring up LM "caring/not caring" . Truth be told this whole conversation is going nowhere.

I couldn't agree more with your statement. Although I've been at it for a while and doing great I bought a new truck instead of used. Yes it was a big nut to crack but it was worth going that route. After my initial 20.0% down payment and insurance I had kept in reserves 6 month for additional unforseen events and capital to operate Buisiness. Needless to say it all paid off because I run under my own authority and I don't have to deal with cheap reefer rates. Yes reefer rates being among the highest currently versus dry van. It hasn't been easy but no Buisiness is easy. Leasing or buying used is a huge risk more so then buying new. Good to him.

Lemon laws are designed for new vehicles. Not used vehicles.

Used is AS IS. No one or nothing can say how long a used vehicle will last before it breaks.

You can't put a lemon law on used when no one takes of their stuff. And the fact that nothing lasts forever.

Sorry but that's the risk you take being an owner operator. If you don't have at least 5-8 K in an emergency fund before you start your business it's your problem, not the bank or the dealerships problem.
