Yup thats what ive been hearin. Kw's plain red not even DOT ready at the gainsville yard. I dont know because i dont go there lol. Im kinda on my own program, im up and down canada all the time.

 

I'm absolutely spoiled now having a pilot car for the first time. Those guys and gals are bad ###! Sucks I only had him for Missouri and Arkansas. Looking at a Tuesday mid-morning delivery for this load. Hoping to get anything going as far away from where I'll be as possible. I need the miles!!!

 

Im in missouri shaked up in a hotel room getting a restart after running 2weeks on recap hours haha i need a break.... pickin up in parsons kansas monday morning headin down to laredo. Then houston for some more steel to run up to canada.

 

I'm at the J on 255 in Illinois until sunrise.

 

im parked in my driveway until friday...

And AZS, hes chilling and relaxing on hometime and an Alaskan cruise...lucky...

 

Hey guys or gals. i know that you run XATA logs. Question for any of you. If you miss your mandatory break by 4 mins do you get a violation? or does the XATA there revert back or forward to the nearest 15 min.?

 

It sends you a message first stating you have to take the break within the next 30 minutes. Then if you miss it, it instantly goes into violation. Per the safety meeting last week, they're not going to do anything on the company level if the violation isn't 3 or more hours long or if they happen once here or there.

DOT will still fine you if they don't see the 30 minute break though.

 

So, if we miss our break by nine minutes, and it was the only violation for the month, the company wont do anything? Unless the violation is three or more hours long, or happens regularly?

 

That's what was told in the safety meeting.
