I am penciled in to start LST on 13 Jan 2014. I plan to stay out 4 to 5 weeks. I live in the Bryan and Houston (girl friend) TX areas. Questions when you come home how long do you stay? Is LST flexible if you need more time home? Last question - how often do you get loads going thru or out of Houston?

They aren't real flexible about more home time. I had to pull teeth to get 5 days home after six weeks out.
I take my home time very seriously, as in, if I take a load home with me on a Saturday for a Monday delivery, I don't consider my home time started until AFTER I deliver that load. So Saturday and Sunday being home I don't count as home time since I have a load on my trailer. That's just me though.
Speaking of home time, I'm loaded up with transformers headed to Tallahassee, FL then final destination is wildwood, FL. Then off to the house -
Where you going in Wildwood DD, Duke Energy or Gresco?

They're now Duke. Easy to find, 44 east to 301, go north through town and go over the big bridge, at the bottom there's a light turn right and they're down on the left after you cross the tracks. I'll keep an eye out for you rolling through town.

In marianna, FL, gonna go to Tallahassee tomorrow and stay at the flying J there, for my monday morning delivery. I'm required to give email and phone call notifications 24 hours prior to delivery. So Im hoping the customers arent gonna say to deliver them tuesday. we will see though.
