Ammo, too. If you see the caliber you use for sale online, ORDER IT! Last few months I've been trying to score some 12ga 00 buck. Say to myself, "I'll put that order in tomorrow while I'm buying some other stuff".....
"Tomorrow" the ammo is outta stock. Fortunately, I was able to get my hands on some. I got a Mossberg at the house and I know how to use it (courtesy of the USCG), but I'm not quite ready to take it in the truck with me.
For now, I'll just stick with the tire thumper, a can of WD40, and my finely-honed "Spider-Sense"!

For a pump shotgun?

The laws vary by jurisdiction. Every state, county, and city can (and most likely will) be different. Also, shippers and consignees may have a policy that disallows firearms.

How can it look "butt" ugly when it doesn't even have a butt stock?

Sorry, I couldn't resist, I'll see myself out now. -
That wouldn’t work too well.
SteveScott Thanks this. -
Maybe it's Mossberg 590...
