I can see this. 3 years ago at age 46 I had a mild heart attack. My habit at the time wast to run my max hours all the time and stay out 6-9 weeks. Since then I stopped running like that. I learned to say NO to dispatch real fast. A month ago I took a local driving job, and I'm home every day. I'm trying to get used to that. But so far I like it.

Here's where I find conflict in that report...

How does ones body distinguish between work and play??

Say you work for 8 hours, come home, change, and then go to the gym...

In other words, ones physical activity doesn't stop just cause their not at work...

Many are active many hours after they get off of work...

So work, along can't be the cause...it has to be the stress associated with the job, that causes the heart attacks or strokes...

I do believe it's the prolonged stress, and not the physical duration, that's responsible for the above ailments...
