Longtime lurker. Decided I'd come inside.

Well its a numbers game for them, and most are so busy trying to just keep drivers in seats they don't care. In my case, my handler (purposefully vague.) Made the decision based on performance reviews.

In this companies particular case I'll get roughly 2 months with em. Hard to say if that's truly enough but It is a better program than some.

If I got anything needs help I will ask,,, its actually alot of the reason I stopped lurking. Figured It might be a good idea to have a few collective millinias worth of trucking knowledge on tap in case I encountered something I don't know how to fix.

It's official now, I'm a full fledged trainer.
In the coming weeks I plan on posting about my first student somewhere on here. I was already offered a student but they still haven't got my electronic review account set up so I can post student progress reports and so forth.
