Local company has them for picking up used oil/filters. Rear subframe with axles and 5th slide under the trailer so they can use the liftgate on both trailers and hook them up with either trailer in lead.
There is also king b's. tandem truck tri lead tri pupAModelCat Thanks this. -
Forgot fuel haulers. Majority of fuel trucks up here are Super B's too.
Bean Jr. Thanks this. -
yeah i thought they were called super b's
-
I am probably wrong, but I thought super b's had a longer lead and more axles.
-
I would guess that the lead trailer has a great deal of tandem slide length and can slide those exposed tandems and fifth wheel under the rest of the trailer for dock unloading.
Either that, or they unload at custom docks with very long auto-leveler ramps for fork truck access, or the docks overhang a long distance, and allow the exposed tandems to slide under the dock. -
Sirscrapntruckalot, okiedokie, D.Tibbitt and 1 other person Thank this.

I would think long slides, but my only experience with a b-train is flatbeds, and iirc it didn't slide at all.
Bean Jr., D.Tibbitt and FlaSwampRat Thank this. -
No idea what that is. Here is mine, looks nothing like that lol.
Sirscrapntruckalot, Fold_Moiler, Cat sdp and 3 others Thank this. -
