It wasn't a place I could pull up. Its wasn't a full break. Just fuel n sand which n go. But I agree I would have gotten what I desverec if that been the case.Rideandrepair, ProfessionalNoticer, Another Canadian driver and 1 other person Thank this.

I can guarantee you, you’ll never forget to pull the break again. It will become OCD. You’ll know you’ve pulled the brake, get out of the truck and you go back and check it again. I remember about four years ago I pulled up from the pump and stopped in the pull up area. I have my seatbelt on as I was planning to just takeoff but I stopped because I wanted to grab a drink out of my mini fridge before I hit the road. Well I didn’t pull the break. I got out of my seat was on my knees digging around in my mini fridge when I thought someone bumped into me. Nobody had bumped into me it was my truck rolling along at about 10 mph. When I looked up I was about 10 feet from hitting the curb and going over about a 15 foot drop into a grassy bank. I managed to stomp on the brake just in time. I now make sure the break is pulled at least three times, to the point I’m obsessed with it.

The hurry will get you everytime . Be patience and calm headed and you will prevent 99.9 % of all accidents .
