The cost of the landscaping is not the reason for the rule. TMC is looking for people who can follow basic instruction and it doesn't get much more basic than "stay off the grass". If you will overlook that rule, what else will you overlook? And yes,,,they are watching.

I was told by a Keen driver, while I was driving for TMC that they only require 3/6 months,,cant remember which he said, that was in 2011..lol I have looked at ATS as well, Sammons, Landstar and Crst Malone... I want as much freedom as I can get, until I get my own customers, than I will just get my own authority.

TMC doesn't have a lease program although they sell there old trucks and you can become and owner opp that way. I'm a tmc trainer and its a pretty good place to work. I made over 64k my first year (not training). Tarp pay sucks, but its the same for many others. Also trucks are governed to 62, not 60. Most will go 63 because of tire size. (62 on spedo, 63 or 64 on gps)
