I may have to come out there and give it a try but I am not a computer scanner in the truck type of guy

I'd put that kind of coin on a 2010 cascadia before I spent it on a hood.

Ours are getting 7.4+ on them and the newer ones seem to be doing better as they get broke in.

Spoke with a guy who had just bought a 2011 Coronado. Said he got it for $110,000 since it was last years model. It had the DD15 and 3.58 rears with a 13spd. He pulls a stepdeck and said he got 7.1mpg in the truck the 1st 4 months going 65mph. And he too said the MPG has gotten better the more miles it has gotten on it. Maybe they get into the groove after break-in??? But he said he is now seeing 7.6mpg since Jan 1st and it had 74,000 miles on it.

    BigBadBill Thanks this.

I saw improvements in my '06 Century up to 100k miles. Have heard these and Prostars are getting great MPG. Interesting to see what will happen in a couple years when tweaks and tunes get figured out for them.

The DD15 seems to have a long break in period. He'd be getting even better mileage if he had 3.42's.

He pulls coils and actually wants a 3.90 ratio to help ease the stress on the clutch and transmission. He runs a lot of 2 lane roads in MI and IN with them with lots of stop-n-go

My bad, if he was driving long haul interstate then the 3.42 would be better and that's the only application I've really studied.
