    I see throughout this forum topic. The many disgusted, complaining, and many are true as the company does not care about you. You are just a body to fill a seat, move their freight, and make them money. This is why the turn-over rates are so high amongst most large companies. Like anything in life, these companies will tell you all the great thing's about the company. The truth is that the company recruiters, and employees do not release the downsides to the company. This is especially common in thoise lease purchase programs. Unless one is a lawyer, or is able to have a lawyer look over the lease before signing. They all have the legal jargon, that most common people do not understand. This is how they get away with screwing the little guy.

    But to play devil's advocate ... lots of drivers create their own "bad luck and problems" but don't even have enough sense to know it. Naturally, those who are "happy" won't take the time to say this. That's the way reviews and the human condition works ... Complain vociferously and praise minimally

    My cousin is a contract attorney.
    Maybe I should start a business reviewing contracts...veto a bunch of their bs..and type in some contract items that benefit the driver...:biggrin_25523:
