    Helloall first time posting on here. Looking to get into OTR have decided to go flatbed Really looking at TMC. Need some first hand input on them as a company and how they treat the drivers. I have been out of a truck since 2011 and have been driving concrete trucks local since. I am aware they have a lot of rules but I do not think it will be a big deal for me since I amd in the Army national guard. Any and all responses are welcome.

    They treat the drivers well, takes time to adjust, orientation is a 2 well job interview, if you can follow directions and be safe don't it, you'll do fine

    Because if you can't demonstrate that you can follow simple directions, or treat people with respect, they send you home. Regardless if you made it the egg tire way through orientation
