I'm only aware of one company that legitimately leases you the truck. And it's not a lease. It's an actual purchase. And if you're lucky enough to make it to the end of the purchase AND all the repairs you'll encounter along the way without starving yourself and your bills. You own the truck.
The trucks aren't new though. They're at least 4 years old with no warranty.
