'Cause if they start bagging on you for having a 3.4 they'll have to realize that you probably weigh more empty than they do loaded.

Bean Jr. and PoleCrusher Thank this.

    I do

And then they can ask about tire rolling resistance...

    Fine

I am 78k empty with 8 axles on the ground
And around 190k loaded with 11 axles on the ground.

I just turned in a 2019 Cascadia with the small Detroit and a DT 12 transmission. It had "Predictive Cruise" installed on it. If you kept the speed down and weren't running in the rockies..it would get about 8.8 mpg all day long. That being said..I hated the predictive cruise.

I get 5+ empty and 3.5 or so loaded. Probably the aero package

Well of course it is only one piece as I can’t haul a divisible load....

    PoleCrusher and stwik Thank this.

    ####. My '96 F250 (460/5-speed/4x4) gets 10-11 on good days...'bout 8 if I'm having fun. With the 4-horse gooseneck, it'll get 7.5, but with the 2-horse bumper pull I'm down to 4.5 mpg.

PoleCrusher, jamespmack and AModelCat Thank this.
