You must be kidding. I WANT people to come to me with big problems that I can charge a lot of money for. Truck driving for profit technically IS solving problems. The shipper has a problem because he does not have a way to carry his freight to the receiver. The driver solves his problem and the more obstacles there are the price goes up.

Who cares who did the damage? Evaluate the problem and give an estimate. If the radio is totaled you retail them a new radio. Pretty basic business principles. Again, if he's happy being a one-man show in his basement, that's all that matters. A lot of businesses would see it as an opportunity to grow.

"He carefully screens people and and looks at their psychological profile" How does this fellow get his hands on medical documents?

"The majority of truck drivers don't follow a specific procedure of troubleshooting antenna systems before connecting a radio" Are you stating opinion or fact?

Don't need medical records to observe a person's willingness to follow instructions.

Did you happen to notice the problems Craig had before he followed instructions? Eliminating the pedestal under his antenna fixed his common mode current issue. Alan Clark also blew up his 98vhp when he tried running it into an amplifier after he was given specific instructions not to do so.
    Many more examples.
