You got that right. Just yesterday I was in bumper to bumper on 95 Nb going through D.C. Saw a WE guy tailgating a 4 wheeler ahead of me. Couldn't have been more than 12 inches away from the bumper. Granted we were all crawling at about 5 mph, but still. I gave the driver a stern look as he drove past and he just stared back like "What's your problem". Amazing. Funny thing (not really) is he was still inches away from the car in front of him as he was looking over at me. Guess he was one of the 95.2%

 

Western Express is a bottom feeder that hires bottom of the barrel drivers. Enough said.
