Looking for a different job with 100% no touch freight.

Ive had my license about four months been doing flatbed for that time otr. I enjoy driving and dont mind running hard if the pay is there. Right now im not making what I feel i should with as hard as I work which im sure most people feel that way about there jobs lol...im looking for a new job with %100 no touch frieght, dry van, it dont matter how much home time I get as long as its somewhat predictable (2 weeks out 2 days home etc.), if possible I wouldnt mind a circle or line route where I kinda just run the same route over the road. I have 2 felonys that are a little over 7 years old. I can pass a hair follicle and i have good work history. Ive got one accident 2 years ago and one recent one bot h i was at fault but they were minor no injuries. Just looking for reccomendations on a company i can stick with given the little expirience i have. Any realative advice will help no need for smart answers thank you in advance.

I mean I dont mind like my post said I been doing flat bed for 4 months its no problem just looking for something different. And with as hard as I work and in made maybe $350 this week after taxes is pitiful. I could go back to doing concrete and make more than that.
