I spoke to the Ops Manager and VP today... unfortunately the single customer in UT is not steady enough to extend an offer of employment. No loads that way this month might be the biggest factor.

No, unfortunately, that is entirely too far out of our freight lanes.

 

Not sure if DRTDEVL and his company would be agreeable, but maybe look into finding an airport in that triangle and fly home every few weeks or so for a long weekend... Willing to bet there's cheap flights to Vegas on a regular basis. Book your flights 2-3+ months ahead of time if a set schedule is preferred or do them last minute when trucks are in for PM/repair/etc. Just a thought. Good luck to you both.
