    Another one in your area is P&S transportation, out of Birmingham, they do pay percentage. You will have to tarp loads, plus run some NE. It is an option.

    gypsum express is a good company to work for.. the owner still drives and you can talk to him any time... he cares about what you think. they pay real good too and home most weekends
