BidRoad is just an app that is run on a smart phone or tablet so you would still have the same issue in the case of an abandonment or theft if the driver takes the device the app is running on with them.

Virtual fleet supervisor. Works great and is cheap service and devices no contract.

I can set air-IQ if I'm parking the truck for the weekend if that truck moves it sends a text right to my phone I also use to set the speed limiter when drivers went over 76 I was notified there speed and location also my main reasoning for getting the devices is it keep track of your miles in each state for IFTA I can also shut the truck off from anywhere!
