Looking for a hard working Solo or Team

Any solo or teams interested in going to work in my truck ? I am a owner operator and was considering selling my equipment but have since decided to just keep it working. I was just diagnosed with vertigo so basically that's the end of the road. Looking for a solo driver or team to put in my truck pulling a 53 foot step. Truck has APU, bunk heater and inverter. Double bunk, fridge, No governor making you crawl along hugging the right lane (it's your ticket) 10 speed manual, turned up cummins isx. Keep trucking e- logs. Trailer has 4 large fold down ramps on the back, two ramps that pull up out of the bottom deck to allow easy loading of the top deck. Trailer is less than a year old. Truck has all new tires.....and I'm rambling on.

To wrap it up, looking for a solo or team to stay out 2-3 weeks before going home. Truck can be taken home, unless repairs are needed then the truck must come back to me in Virginia. Drivers must have 3 years experience in open deck hauling as well as over size load experience (none requiring escorts) Twic card and clean background, be 25 years of age or older and don't have a insane MVR, subject to approval from insurance. Pay is open for discussion but looking at something like 27-28% of gross for solo, 32% for a team or 50-50 after expenses. Looking for people that are clean, responsible and will take care of my baby out there on the road, if your not the type to check fluids and do a good pretrip please don't waste my time.
