Looking for a Job

I am looking for a good small company or an owner oporator that is looking for a driver. I am with a small company now but keeps basicly forcing me to cheat my logs and run illegal. I can do it and do like to run hard but if I get caught it goes against me as well as him and I do not want that on my record. I would like to pull dry box or reefer. Dont mind running anywhere although prefer not to go west and doesnt matter to me where the home terminal is as long as I can get to the house every 2-3 weeks. I run hard and always on time. I do not want to be just a number thats why I want an OO or small fleet of just a few trucks. If anyone knows of anyone or if you would like more info on my please send me a message as I will not put my number or email in this post. There are a lot of jobs in Memphis but most are pulling containers and are with really ragged equipment.. Im not looking for the baddest truck or newest on the road I want something that can pass an inspection lol. But my biggest problem is I do not know any OO other then the guy I work for therefor making it hard to find any. Thats why I posted in this forum.. I do thank you for your help though and will look at craigslist I completly forgot about them
