    Don't use the word trafficking during interviews. Are you submitting the apps before calling or are the trucking companies calling you after they receive the app.?

    He has a criminal history. They'll find that on the background check. If he was arrested.

    If it's not on the background check then don't say anything. If it is. See about getting it expunged.

    If it's on the mvr companies are required to pull the last 10 years.

    I was told anyways. So I could be wrong.

    If you don't have to reveal. Don't.
    If you do. Try to get it deleted. Then you won't have to say anything anymore.
