Dont see how a short shafted siro will out do a 10k which has been compared and equaled a 102 whip..
Then again i have so much yet to learn..If it makes my set up better ill try a siro.

    rabbiporkchop Thanks this.

As soon as your system is stable and you figured out whatever is wrong and you're happy with what you achieved I'll be more than happy to donate one to you

That guy with the Dodge truck that lives in Allentown has major issues with his antenna system on his personal vehicle something to do probably with bonding but his Freightliner Classic he was able to talk 54 miles with his Predator 10-K and I donated an antenna for his Freightliner and he is extremely happy with it he said he can hear much better with less noise in his receive than the aluminum Predator 10-K

There's a guy on here somewhere that put a 4-foot shaft underneath a Sirio 5000 on a Freightliner Cascadia and it works great

Stainless steel 9 foot whip is the best thing for testing purposes and if you can't get that antenna to function properly you have some serious underlying issues that need to get rectified before trying any other antenna
