I've seen these not for trucking but for testing and the commercial ones with multiple countdown timers are expensive.
BUT that said I have a couple questions to the OP.
How would you like it displayed?
A LCD display (with words and numbers) or a LED display (with just numbers and a label on the outside)?
How much are you willing to pay for one? -
I wear a watch (crazy huh) it's always on my home time zone.
I live in MO, and the company I work for is based out of Fargo.
Central x2.
My Cell Phone clock automatically updates based on location. -

Don't think there are any real options for what you want.
Buy an old used smartphone mount to dash and there might be a clock app that can show current time and home time zone time.
Remaining HOS. Nope.
Not automatically.
Separate elog app maybe but it'll need user input.
Clock with several timers will also need your input. -
Yeah...
The product is called rudimentary math skills..spyder7723 Thanks this. -
Get a widget like seen on my phone, set it to home time zone and whatever else you want. Look at an example of how I draw my lines for my log. If I start at 6 am I mark a line above with an 8 at 14:00. And a line at 14 hr limit at 20:00. So just need to remember 14:00 is longest you can go before taking 30 minute break. After 30 min break is done, update your log and put another mark where 11 hours would be. That is your new time you have to remember. Every time you stop from now til end of day, move your 11 hour drive time down however long you stopped for. And you already have your 14 hr time at 20:00. Makes it real easy for you and for enforcement.speedyk Thanks this. -
Math and I never got along well. I hate it I hate it I hate it.....
Did I say I hated it? -
I don't think we're talking ALGEBRAIC EQUATIONS here! A little lesson in arithmetic.......You should have learned it by 3rd grade. There are 4 Time Zones in the U.S. The most difficult math involved is either adding or subtracting 1,2 or 3 hours. I certainly hope you were kidding

Simple and easy way is buy a stop watch and mount it to your dash with double sided tape or velcro. Start it when you go on duty. Before it gets to 8 hrs take your 30 min break, when it gets close to 14 hrs time to stop driving. Cell phone will automatically change with time zone and set radio clock to home terminal time zone. If you can't keep track of how long you been driving write down how much drive time you have left after every break or offload
