1. Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

Warren,OH based driver looking for a decent job. 41 years old, 5'11", 235 lbs. I have 12 years OTR, 8 years in the US Army prior to that. Clean MVR, no accidents. CDL-A w/ Hazmat, TWIC card, and a passport card. I have no criminal record. I do not smoke, drink alcohol, or take drugs. And I never will. No significant health issues (have a current unrestricted physical). I exercise and lift weights regularly. I dont hang out in truckstops, bars, or strip joints. I have driven everywhere in the lower 48 and Ontario/Quebec in all kinds of weather. Carry a Blackberry cell phone, a laptop with a GPS mapping program, and a printer. I will go to NYC or Canada if there is reasonable incentive. I am not above helping unload if there is reasonable pay for it.

I am looking for a long haul job in vans or reefers. I prefer a well maintained relatively late model long nose truck with decent power and capable of the speed limit in every state where it runs. A decent standup sleeper. Permission for a microwave and fridge (a real fridge). This makes an inverter necessary, which I can provide if necessary. Willing to stay out up to 2 weeks if I'm kept busy. I'm not interested in being forced to run illegal. Basically I like to be told what I need to do, and be left to do it. Somewhat old school I guess. I looking for pay in the upper 30's cpm (reasonable I think for the level of experience I bring to the table.) I like a lot of miles.

Have no interest in any large fleets. It has proven to be a waste of time for me in the past. I'm not interested in being a contract driver. I'm not interested in expedited.

If you can help me contact info is: [email protected] or 330-307-7070. Brian Miller
