KMS express? Out of Elk Grove Village? Haven’t heard of them. Anyone know more about them?

 

did you go with [CDL STEP5] ? Or anyone else know about how they work? Do you have to register as an owner operator? If they’re a c/tpa I guess that would be the case. If they’re a DER than they could help a company driver. Anyone ?

 

So did you have to register in clearinghouse as an owner operator for [Cdltest 5]?

 

But they do upload the first test , step 5 of the clearinghouse , the return to duty test promptly right? Within 3 days? The follow up tests I realize are released as a whole when finished, but the rtd alone test result is sent within days, correct? Hopefully

 

Update: On Time did successfully schedule my step 5 rtd and uploaded the negative result to clearinghouse
