I just signed on with them today for step 5rtd test. You have to be careful with some of those other step 5 3rd party companies, because they need you to go into clearinghouse and change your status from driver to owner operator. Then they can act as your c/tpa. Then when they submit your negative test , you would need to go back in and change your role back to company driver. This, the fmcsa might be s little perturbed about

When you mentioned Outlaw Trucking, I just clicked on it and filled out the application and the lady said kms would be the company to work with when I called. The lady at Star Freight Limited just told me that I am good to go a few minutes ago. She was the first one I took a return to duty test for on Tuesday 11/07/2023, but I decided not to go with her because she didn't even know what a website was when I asked her, and I didn't really care for her attitude. But KMS Express is a better choice.

I am looking for a SAP friendly company as well. What happened to you is actually insanely similar & almost around the same exact time the it happened to me. I went & got my CDL before Feb7,2022. So I took it the old fashioned way passed first try & everything. My very first job I tried to get not knowing abt the drug testing policies, was SWIFT. I walked out when they told me they did hair follicles & I had no idea that me leaving was refusing to take a drug test. I also didn’t no it would affect me at all being that it was a PRE Hire drug test I wasn’t working for the company yet. Anyways I got an OTR job working for a family friend & after 6 months I went to back college. That what’s I originally got my cdl for was to make enough money to go to school. Anyways while I was away at college they sent mail to my house & I never received but originally I guess all I needed to do was just go take a drug test but because I didn’t get the mail. They sent something else when I was leaving college around may 2023 telling me I couldn’t operate a CMV until I took a class. The SWIFT hair follicle was in March of 22. I had completely forgotten abt the job so I was confused as hell. Now even tho I’ve completed the course my two most recent jobs never did the follow up plan w my SAP so I’m still looking for a job that will completely complete the program in hopes that will get the “imminent hazard” off of my MVR

Dose anyone know of a sap friendly company in the Duluth, MN area? I am currently on step 4 thinking of using cdlstp5.com to take care of step 5 so i can at least be on the random drug test part. I see a lot of companies post they don't accept SAP drivers but then see them listed by people as SAP friendly and that alone is confusing.

did you go with [CDL STEP5] ? Or anyone else know about how they work? Do you have to register as an owner operator? If they’re a c/tpa I guess that would be the case. If they’re a DER than they could help a company driver. Anyone ?

I have used CDLSTEP5 and they are great to work with. They did all 4 of my tests and I have 2 more to do. AAANNNNDDD the FMCSA changed the game and now I am stuck again. I have a job that says I can start with them as soon as I am done with SAP. Anyone know of a consortium with their own DOT number to be my ëmployer"and send me to my final tests? I know that is a loophole some of us have used

But they do upload the first test , step 5 of the clearinghouse , the return to duty test promptly right? Within 3 days? The follow up tests I realize are released as a whole when finished, but the rtd alone test result is sent within days, correct? Hopefully

Update: On Time did successfully schedule my step 5 rtd and uploaded the negative result to clearinghouse

Does anyone know of company in California, Las Vegas, Phoenix or anywhere at this point I'll relocate that will hire sap driver 8yrs experience otr & local. Positive for THC for a preemployment test. Also what can be done about a company retaliation towards you for reporting them to DOT? Open to all suggestions for
