Model year 2021 Pete 567. Engine manufacture date 2020. Family LCEXH0912XAZ.
Watching Ryan on youtube as well as Make Cents channel, I'd like to replace all of the emission sensors on the engine with new. Engine has 250k on it and all sensors are original. I don't want to wait for failure codes.
    Mileage has been dropping lately.
Also what about the breather filter system?
Any info on the sensors would be appreciated.

Well a few reasons your fuel mileage has recently droppped, we’ve switched to winter blended fuel, the cold air is denser. On average you will lose 1 mpg do to these two reasons. You might also have a boost leak causing fuel mileage drop.

DPF pressure sensors and Particulate matter sensors have very high failure rate.Turbo speed sensor is also quite common. VGT actuator also.

Intake manifold pressure temp is common to soot block.

Nox sensors inlet and outlet usually make it to 500 ish for on highway.

    CCV is maintenance free.

Thank you. That gives me a list. I was not certain about the ccv. So the vgt actuator, is that a sooting issue or a temperature issue that causes failure?

    Goodysnap Thanks this.

The VGT actuator fails electrically and can be very random and intermittent.

Exhaust gas pressure sensor and oil pressure sensors are also common to fail and cheap to replace.

Thanks. That's exactly the info I am looking for. I don't want to wait for codes, derates, and failures. I want to replace the ones that are pretty well known to need replacing as part of a maintenance program. I know I can carry a few of the super easy ones to replace in the tool box, but I think many of the sensors are like an oil change. Just has to be done.
