Check the labels and buy American. We need to keep our neighbors, friends and countrymen working! Screw China! Buy American

    Another Redwing
I get about 2 yrs out of a pair, I get the western style pull on and still have not been able to wear out the soles. They are about $150. after using 25% off coupons

    Wolverine.
Bought a pair 3 years ago and I wear them every day.
    Steel toe.
    Water repellant.
    Slip on.
    Grip sole.
    Leather outers.
Look like cowboy boots with he rounded toes.

I've had to do some walking a few times in these.
Took a 5 mile leisure walk while on a 34 the other week to check out the town of Green River Wyo ... no problem. Feet never hurt.

I think they were in the $80-$100 range.
    Academy Sports.

When these die I'll not even think about anything else

Last boots I bought were ariat. they felt like they were sized wrong at first. left boot felt at least a half size too small and the right was a little loose. The left eventually broke in and fits comfortably but this will probably be the last pair of ariats I buy. I have 2 pair of lace up Georgia giant by georgia boot, 6 inch and 8 inch, in the closet at home that I was given through work and haven't even took them out the box. As I think about it, I haven't worn a pair of lace up boots in at least 10 years.

I used to like Carolina's but they quit making the boot I liked and held up from 3 yr everyday use. 10in tall waterproof all the way up to the top of the laces with Gore-tex, 600g thinsulate vibram sole slip/electrical hazard. If you can find new old stock I highly recommend them. Just don't waste your money on their new boots, quality went down big time

Lasted a year of food service going up and down the ramp a hundred times a day and 2 years in the muddy oilfields. My dads lasted the same amount of time as mine. I bought red wing pull on and he bought a new pair of Carolina's and he's close to needing a pair
