Just about to get my brokerage on the way again and i'm looking for any meaningful advice you guys can give to help me run as smooth as can be and to assist my agents as much as possible. thanks in advance

You're not supposed to open a freight brokerage without knowing the business. It would be very similar to opening a law office without even being a paralegal. My advice to you is to go out and learn the industry instead of trying to skip the first ten steps of the process.
The fact that you think that a thread like this will work is highly correlated with you advocating for freight brokerage schools in that other thread. You're coming across kind of dumb trying to start a business that is 100% about being a shrewd operator. I don't have high expectations for you. -
