Looking for company suggestions

Been driving for 5+ years.
Currently Working for a Chicago based company at the moment and feel scammed. They added a charge to my statement, I rescued a truck from Florida for them and they thank me by adding 2k+ in fees. Another driver left the truck at a truck stop.

Anyone know of some decent companies with a truck either @ 75 and good miles per week where I'm not a lease op being charged for stuff. I'd like to be a company driver again. Only reason I'm still here is I want to receive another paycheck at least.
