Looking for dedicated work

    Life on the road's been a challenge but with a baby on the way, I have decided to make the transition to local dedicated driving. The idea of being home every day, even for a couple of hours is much more appealing to my wife than being home once a week.

    Are there any companies hiring in the AZ or SoCal area? I live in Riverside now but I've got a lot of family in AZ and I wouldn't mind make the move over there. I've got a clean driving record as well.

    Has anyone else made the switch? Was it a better decision or did you regret it.
