Looking for good advice? Class *

I want to start a trucking company. I want to know what would be the used class 8 truck to begin with a flat bed. my idea is to have the truck working at the port of houston loading pipes and equipment for the oil industry. short distances almost all destinations are in the area of houston


What would be the most suitable model truck? how many miles should look for? how many miles an engine can give me?
Which model is easy to get mechanic? less expensive replacement part? and cheap maintenance?


Should seek cab or without cab? I think the sleeper can be a plus in the search for driver? but this can influence the cost of the truck and fuel consumption?
