Looking for household goods drivers

Hey all,

I'm new to this forum (obviously) and just trying to get an understanding from a truck drivers perspective on what they like, don't like and what they are looking for.

I'm in the housegold goods industry, an operations coordinator/dispatcher and checking out forums, obtaining feedback as well as some recruiting.

Are there any past/current household goods drivers in these forums?

I'd like to know your impressions, thoughts and opinions on the household industry and would like to know what kind of places/tools would get your attention when out on the road.
