Been on with them three years. They tried to lay me off twice when they lost accounts. Had to fight them to stay on and get another account. The account I'm currently on is terrible. Matter of fact, I just found out that they are actively stealing miles from me. I have a route, that just one way, from city to city, is 535 miles. Schneider is only paying 914 miles for the whole run. It should be 1070 miles. 150+ miles isn't a clerical error at that point. Every since they have gone public, it's gotten worse and worse each year. They have messed with bonuses, raising the mpg so much, that your truck can't possibly meet the expectations. They have a really good training program, but I agree with the consensus. Get training and get the f out.
