that’s a very strange.Did you receive a paycheck for orientation if you never received any pay that’s the determination of being a employee now if the company paid for a physical and drug testing for orientation that might be considered pay I don’t know .I have no idea of what advantage it is to a company to claim employment that never happened.All I know depending on your state is if the company won’t fix the issue is contacting your labor board or wage and labor department which ever is in your state to correct the issue last resort in my opinion is an attorney which of course going to cost money to fix

 

Why not just apply to Walmart for a job out of the Raymond, NH DC? Are you qualified? You'll make a lot more money doing the same job get treated better at the stores and backhauls too. There's no minimum guarantee but you'll likely gross $2,100 in a bad week.

 

Yeah I googled it and saw the opening before I posted. If you're 250 miles or closer drop an app in. But don't expect anything right away. Some people hear back the next day but I didn't hear anything until 2 months later. I already had another job nailed down at DOT Transportation at that point but I ditched it for Walmart.

 

Keep trying. It'll be worth it.
