    Ahem... from my own experience.

A bunch of kids that play around in the office. They lie to you and they lie to the safety dept and HR. They don't listen to logic and it is the most unorganized company I have ever worked for in my 11 years in this industry. Just as soon as I started working for them I started looking for another job. Everything is always someone else's fault, their favorite things to say are I don't know and Ill find out. You have to make upwards of 15 phone calls to get your point across and that is after sending photos. None of their driver managers have a clue as to what they are doing nor do they have any real over the road experience. Mine was a local box truck boy and thought he knew what I knew. Poor attitudes, poor management, they like to snicker and gossip over the phone like school girls without know you can hear all of it and never even realizing they are being recorded on app. They have no adequet parking on either end of your route, never could give me the correct appointment times or pickup numbers, they had to reschedule several of my runs due to their own misinformation and poor organization. My truck was pretty much rolling trash and appeared abandoned when I went to pick it up. My elctronic log unit was out of date. Any issues I mentioned went in one ear and out the other. My original manager disappeared shortly before I was to begin employment and none of what she offered me for this position was true. Do youreselves a favor and steer clear of this company. I've updated their already poor score in the forums. The pay isn't as great as they advertise either. Non-postal is advertised as $0.56 a mile. It is really $0.44 a mile and then $0.11 extra after you 1st 2000 miles for the week. They cannot figure out how to schedule general freight alongside a postal route. Instead of worrying about a driver's language, fix the problem and there will be no language about it. A bunch of wanbabe tough guys on the phone, in reality a bunch of soft handed keyboard kiddos.Grow up boys.

Well I found it in the oil field. I had a really great employer for a long time and he passed away in September of 2017. This year started out with a lot of #### to wade through. I was surprised at how many and how often most companies are scummy and scammy. I knew that was the case, but I got a concentrated dose this year. So yeah, if I cant pay my Bill's and have a regular and consistent income I will bounce. You don't need 10 years experience to sit.
