looking for info!!

    Hey everyone, I plan on going to school(netts) in massachusetts to get my cdl b or A. I was just wondering if anyone can tell me about the trucking Iindustry. What I should know, what are some good companies to start off after I get my cdl? Also can anyone tell me how does team driving work?...sorry people I know nothing about it and im trying to learn.

    Welcome to the trucking career. Get the CDL-A for more job opportunities. Trucking can provide a very good career if you plan well early; trucking can provide a very good annual pay and good benefits. Two things you can start right now are, studying for the CDL tests & endorsements and start a list of trucking companies that interest you that hire from your area. Consider getting a passport for runs to Canada and TWIC for entry into seaports, chemical plants, military bases. At the top of this page, click on "CDL Practice Tests" and study those.

    The school will tell you which companies actively recruit from the school, but you can apply with any company whether they recruit from the school or not.
