Looking for input on first truck purchase

You're looking for someone to take over your problem. That's one of the worst trucks on the market. Especially being purchased from loan mountain. Pro garbage.

 

2000 and down with an n14 or maybe a Detroit paid in cash....

 

doesn’t sound like you have much OTR experience, I would ask more questions and read more truckers report at least a couple more years. You ever changed a cabin filter or a light bulb under your bunk. Don’t be in a rush to but your first truck ? It’s not like buying a car.

lots of these rookies go out and buy a fancy truck, it breaks down and there looking for a company job already in debt.
Maintenance fuel tires are not like a car, there a lot more money on a big truck. Every truck isn’t perfect. it’s amazing what clean oil, armour all dash and a wet rag can do to a truck. If you know nothing about trucks ? The salesman will Mount you w no Vaseline send you down the road. He doesn’t give a crap if you make money or get repossessed.
