Maybe back in the day 7+ years ago when each dc did there own hiring. Not now everything done through corporate office.
Stupid policies and quality of applicants going down hill. Even after severely lowering their hiring standards and holding a clinic at on boarding where they train these supposed professional drivers with verifiable accident free records, flunk out rate is usually 60-70% even after demonstrating to them how they want things done, giving them instruction on how to do it all week.
