My original quit 2010 so worked fine for 6 years. Volvo wanted $1300 but i so cheap and i have been using that $100 Coleman cooler from Pilot. It will do 40f at summer. It will last 2-3 years before dies. Yeah its not fridge but im home every weekend so little bit food will last 5-6 days in my setup

I actually have a OEM Volvo Refrigerator I will sell. I took it out of my truck before I sold the truck. Out of a 2011 VNL780. Works great, looks great and matches the cabinets. Don't want to ship it but I live in Chattanooga if anyone is interested.

    That's a deal ^^^^

I found a guy near Little Rock Arkansas that has a few of them, I think I found him on Ebay. I went a different route though. I have an inverter for microwave and printer so I bought this one and it fits perfect and works great, just doesn't match the cabinets:

Haier 3.2 cu. ft. Mini Refrigerator in Black-HC32TW10SB - The Home Depot

I've had a few Truckfridges and love them but this one fits the space absolutely perfectly and the 4 truck batteries will run it parked for 3 days no problem. The only Truckfridge that fits a 780 cabinet is tiny for the money.

    KB3MMX Thanks this.

I actually do. I took it out of the truck before I sold it. Was working great when we took it out.

I was picking up a load there for Monday. Has to get loaded next day(actually loaded that night) I was doing a 34 so I was walking around the shop. (I had the Haier black fridge installed) but was looking for a factory one well low an behold I spotted a fridge that looked familiar (had one before) sitting on the shop floor by some other stuff. So I asked the guy that loads there if it worked he said “yup” so I thought man he’s going to say “keeping it around for someone.” So I asked if he wanted to sell it..?? He said “You can have it” I about fell over and gave him $20 for some more beer.. dollied that thing out to my truck with a quickness! Been working ever since. Out with the not so old in with the not so new...

    86scotty and KB3MMX Thank this.

If anyone is looking for OEM and can get the factory one they put in my new 860 for their 780 , it's a MUCH better fridge.

Bigger inside all around. Much better freezer and this thing could freeze the whole fridge solid easily if you turned it way down, it's very strong compared to the old model.
