    Do me a favor... if Holland takes you on and gets you a rental car, pick me up a bunch of Rudy's Brisket, Pulled Pork, and Pineapple Cole Slaw and take a slight detour east. I'll meet you at the 35/90 split in Albert Lea, MN on your way up.

    Can't get good BBQ this far north.


    EDIT: I almost forgot. A few pounds of frozen barbacoa from Tacos Don Cuco, too!

    We have a local joint here that does that (Piggy Blue's BBQ)... pork stuffed potato, comes with all the fixin's (butter, sour cream, bacon bits), plus 1/4 lb of pulled pork, nacho cheese sauce and jalapenos. A cup of BBQ sauce on the side, too.

    Now if I can only find a way to get an Oinker from Sparky's in Hatch up here, still hot and not soggy...

    BTW: My wife would love you forever if you brought that Barbacoa up in a cooler... I brought something like 10 lbs when we moved, but it only lasted a couple weeks, since we ate it in the RV when moving up here, and tossing a brick in the crock pot while unpacking was just too easy.
