Can't get good BBQ this far north.

BTW: My wife would love you forever if you brought that Barbacoa up in a cooler... I brought something like 10 lbs when we moved, but it only lasted a couple weeks, since we ate it in the RV when moving up here, and tossing a brick in the crock pot while unpacking was just too easy.
