    I had a few 8 track players a few years back...talk about the horrible underwater sound on tracks 3 and 4 when the head would get out of adjustment.....instead of matches I used to use pennies to shim up the tape so the head would read it right.

    the d104 if it is the lollipop mic is still worth some money if it is good condition you may want to compare it with other d104 mics on ebay to give you an idea if everything works it is one of the best mics out there back in the day and they no longer make them about the cb base I dont recognize the name

    Hey now I used to have a chrysler new yorker that came with a stock cb / am/ fm radio in it that was the good old days when you couldnt get a word in because the band was so crowded:biggrin_2551:
