    Looking for a team driver in the middle TN area. XPO is paying 91cpm split but only for established teams. I have 3 years experience doing a bit of everything and a military veteran of 9 years. Currently running for fedex but they don't have the freight and miles I need. Thanks

    xpo requires both drivers to be residents of the state they are working in. out of town people need to show proof of residency of the state.

    Cryo companies are paying teams 130k-180k per driver. So to split .91 cpm aint worth it to me. Rather do 5 on 2 off and get top pay if I was going to team.
