Looking for Team driver XPO

It's seems hard to get on with these companies....

 

Not hard at all if the person meets all the driver critera. But the hiring process isn't right away like OTR companies. It can take a minimum of 2 months just to get on after the hiring process starts.

 

Plug PWR tends to hire teams out of Charleston, TN

 

and chemical tanker owner operators make $500k so not worth it to me

Lgt, GenOx, KAG, and other 3rd party carriers might be hiring. But they won't pay like the private carriers will.

I keep hearing that about cryogenics but nobody shows pay stub proof just throw big numbers around.. is that team company driver or lease purchase lots of cryo want people to lease the trucks running teams seems like. I've been thinking about cryo but to haul a bomb im good that's not enough money. But I haven't totally ruled it out completely.

 

Give me a shout! Been looking at that team position at xpo out of memphis for awhile now can't find a codriver. Great money greeat miles.30 years with Estes Express went off and tried to do lease purchase, that's a no go for me.
