Last December I had a rather unpleasant month and got a overweight ticket and I was in an accident. Now I am looking for a new job and want to make sure I have all my info correct before applying, yet neither of the issues are in my Oregon DOT driving history. The ticket was in Oregon for being around 500lbs over weight. The accident involved me turning too sharply in Nogales Arizona and thus scratching a lady's car with my trailer. Cop was driving by saw the accident. He was nice enough to just give me a warning and help the lady and I exchange insurance info.

Where would I go to get info on both of these issues? Would the be part of my csa score?

Overweight would be on your psp report which shows all dot stops.

Better pull your DAC report , its free up to once a year , it may show up there, I had a lady slam into the front of my stopped truck and it shows there even still and that happened in 08 or 09, some tickets do not show on bmv is what I understand , but ? Either way best to know so the new employer doesn't acuse u of lying , if you can't see it they can't either.how ever if they call former employer they could "tell" them so I am not suggesting that you lie about them ,

I don't believe overweight tickets go on your MVR....I'm sure that there are NO CSA points issued for overweight so that's not an issue either.. The accident, well, if it's not on your Oregon MVR I would say you are in the clear. But like the other driver said pull your DAC to see what's on there.

Do you know if your company cut a check for the woman? Sometimes if it's small and doesn't go thru insurance even though a police report was filed doesn't show up on your MVR.

Just tell them and never look back. Yes you had an accident with an explanation. If you never lie, they can't come back someday ad fire you for it. Make sure they and you have a copy signed by them. Ihear stories of guys being late and the dispatcher was mad and had them fired for something like this.
